We are working with an global water treatment and HVAC equipment solutions MNC to look for a Segment Sales Manager (Data Center). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data center infrastructure and HVAC-related solutions that support cooling, energy efficiency, and sustainability. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving solution-based sales tailored for data center environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC / ACMV and cooling solutions in data centers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with operators, developers, and consultants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions for client needs.
• Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Professional certification or diploma in HVAC systems is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in data center or HVAC sectors.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC technologies and data center infrastructure.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
• Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
