Lead & manage the overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting & execution process.

Implement and provide directions in project planning, coordinate works, liaise with clients and consultants, ensures overall progresses based on schedules.

Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and clients in a timely and clear fashion.

Comply with the draft documents with regards to the preparation & submission and subsequent obtain approval of shop drawings as well as compilation & submission of as-built drawings upon project completion.

Liaise with clients with regards to all site matters, attend site meeting if required.

Manage project documentation including specification, manual & correspondences.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

Monitor and control project risks, issues, and changes and take corrective action when necessary.

Ensure project is carried out & delivered to a required standard.

Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project/program effectiveness.

Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Requirements

Project Management experience required. Proven experience as interior project manager on small to medium size interior renovation projects is required.

Holding a Class 3 driving license is a plus point.

Able to identify specialist drawing/architectural/MEP/Structural termination details.

Excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills.

Familiarity with relevant interior regulations.
