Role Summary

We're looking for a driven and organized Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. You'll support the planning and execution of AI safety deployments across construction and industrial sites. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with early-career project coordination or site operations experience, who wants to grow into a full-fledged PM in a deep-tech startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
• Act as the main point of contact for site teams, partners, and internal engineers
• Schedule and document project meetings, including follow-ups and action tracking
• Support deployment planning: camera installations, network setups, software activations
• Maintain a central dashboard of project status, blockers, and updates
• Assist in resource planning, procurement tracking, and vendor coordination
• Prepare weekly reports for internal and client stakeholders
• Visit job sites occasionally to support progress tracking and troubleshooting

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, field ops, or site-based roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in tools like Google Sheets, Microsoft Teams, Notion (or willing to learn)
• Comfortable juggling multiple moving parts with attention to detail
• Bonus: Experience in construction, engineering, or IT deployments

Nice to Have

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Familiarity with construction sites, AI/CCTV systems, or safety workflows
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or tech-driven company
