Job Description (On the job training provided)

• Providing instructions to surveyors.
• Ensuring all documentation is correctly collected.
• Analysing survey reports.
• Reviewing cargo insurance policy terms and conditions to ensure that coverage is accurately assessed.
• Assessing and adjusting assigned claims.
• Producing narrative reports and invoices to insurers with recommendations on policy liability.
• Pursuing subrogated claims (i.e. recoveries) against liable third parties.
• Maintain good relationships with clients
• Some office admin and data input work will also be involved

Job Requirements

• Good command of verbal and written communication skills is a MUST.
• Minimum Diploma & above
• An analytical mind and good logical reasoning,
• Relevant experience or knowledge in cargo claims will be an advantage but not a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
