Job Description
- Build and maintain relationships with shipowners, shipyards, and engineering firms.
- Identify and influence early-stage marine projects across the region.
- Manage key channel partners and drive new business development.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. PM, Marketing, R&D) across the sales cycle.
- Support technical qualification processes for product approvals.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Drive brand positioning through events, technical meetings, and campaigns.
The Successful Applicant
- About 5 years of B2B Channel-Partner Sales experience within the marine, engine, or generator industry.
- Strong network in the regional marine ecosystem (shipowners, yards, consultants).
- Willing to travel approximately 40% regionally.
