Outsourcing Manager - Art/Assets

Job Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Sourcing & Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard top-tier art outsourcing partners across Southeast Asia, North America, and Europe.
2. Market Intelligence: Monitor trends and developments in the global art outsourcing landscape; compile insights to support strategic decision-making.
3. Partner Evaluation: Assess vendor capabilities, technical expertise, and team structure to ensure alignment with project and quality standards.
4. Project & Contract Management: Oversee the end-to-end outsourcing process - from contract negotiation and onboarding to production tracking and final delivery.
5. Collaboration & Relationship Management: Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and mutual success.
6. Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing development of outsourcing workflows, data management, and departmental best practices.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; fluency in both Chinese and English for professional communication with colleagues in China.
2. 3+ years of experience in game production, project management, or art outsourcing/business development.
3. Basic understanding of procurement and contract compliance; experience or skills in art production is a plus.
4. Passionate about the gaming industry.
