Our client, a leading payments infrastructure provider, is looking for an experienced Terminal Deployment Manager to lead the rollout and support of PayCube payment terminals across enterprise clients. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on smooth deployment, team management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• \tOversee end-to-end terminal deployment - from planning to execution

• \tSet and improve deployment standards, SLAs, and KPIs

• \tLead and train a team on installation and troubleshooting procedures

• \tResolve complex technical issues and ensure PCI-DSS compliance

• \tCoordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Customer Experience) for process improvement

• \tManage relationships with vendors, logistics partners, and enterprise clients

• \tTrack performance metrics and report deployment progress

Requirements:

• \t8+ years in field operations, with 3+ years in terminal/POS deployment

• \tStrong experience in managing large hardware rollouts

• \tKnowledge of payment security standards (e.g. PCI-DSS)

• \tTechnical expertise in POS hardware/software and networking (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, cellular)

• \tFamiliar with CRM tools and deployment management systems
