About the Role
Manager, Product Innovation is responsible to deliver the initiatives & projects under the global strategy of coatings & fillings. The role reports to the Director, Product Innovation, Business Development
Key Responsibilities Include
Lead & deliver initiatives & projects under global strategy on coating & filling (100%)
• Lead & deliver initiatives & projects under global strategy, to support business growth
• Engage the leadership team in business and functions to gain the required support during project executions
• Plan and manage required resources to deliver the initiatives
About You
• Master or PhD degree level in a Science or Engineering discipline, or equivalent, preferably in Food Science & Technology
• Minimal 10 years of experience in a relevant role, experience in a leadership role will be preferred.
• Fluent in English. A second language is a plus.
• Able to travel a minimum of 20% of the time
• An experienced product expert in cocoa based coating, filling and/or beverage category, with good knowledge of product application, formulation, processing and ingredients.
• Good business acumen in regional markets such as AMEA, WEU/CEE, NAM/LATAM. Experience in business strategy and execution is a bonus.
• Consumer & customer centric, focus on delivery of best solution (client-centric & delivery focused)
• Communicate with transparency & empathy, prefer open team spirit (inspirational)
• Good at collaboration and partnership, within the organization and outside of the organization (agile & entrepreneurial)
