Accounts and Payroll Assistant

At NannyPro Pte Ltd, we provide trusted home-based caregiving for families-powered by a passionate support team behind the scenes. We're currently looking for a reliable and meticulous Accounts & Payroll Assistant to join us in managing the day-to-day financial and payroll operations.
What You'll Do:
✨ Prepare monthly payroll for our team of nannies, childminders and our special needs carers.
✨ Handle partial sets of accounts and monthly payroll closing
✨ Maintain accurate records of payments, expenses, and claims
✨ Prepare and submit GST returns (IRAS) timely and accurately
✨ Assist with CPF, IR8A, and relevant government submissions.
✨ Provide admin support to the HR and support director as required
What We're Looking For:
✔️ A team player with a good eye for detail
✔️ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts/payroll)
✔️ Able to work independently, meticulous and dependable,
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, in-house system will be trained.
✔️ Organised, independent, and able to manage timelines
✔️ A positive team player with a heart for supporting women- and family-focused work.
Work Location & Working Hours :
Monday to Friday
Office Hours : 9am to 6pm.
For Part-time : At least 3 times per weeks, with monthly closing on a daily basis.
Office: Blk 203 Hougang St 21, #03-77, Singapore 530203 (Near to Kovan MRT)
