Area Sales Manager_Raw Materials Specialty Chemicals

- To fully responsible for sales volume for the RMS slate of products (Baseoil, Additives, VM, VE products) specifically for Asian markets
- To build and maintain strong customer relationship with good understanding of customer's needs and develop winning business strategies and to maintain existing business.
- Identify new sales leads (hunter role), maintain strong sales pipeline to drive new and profitable business.
- Develop business plan and identify sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales target.
- Prepare monthly sales forecast and weekly activity reports.
- Work closely with colleague and supervisor on analysis of market trend, to ensure continual improvement in our offer to customer to achieve sales objectives.
- Work with Technical Engineer in technical troubleshooting.
- Align with our principal's direction on targeted segments and business strategy.
- Manage customers' credit performance.
Requirements :
- Diploma/ Degree in any Engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably sales experience, in Additives field.
- Able to work independently as well as a good team work player.
- Able to deliver presentation to a group of audience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience adapting to a challenging and fast-changing environment.
- Understand supply chain of additives products/services in regional setting an advantage.
- Willing to travel.
