- Design and develop cutting-edge AI and ML models to solve complex business and technical problems.
- Apply techniques such as supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning (CNN, RNN, Transformers), NLP, and generative AI.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product teams to deploy and integrate AI models into applications.
- Perform data analysis, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Research new AI algorithms and stay updated with the latest developments in the field.
- Publish findings in internal/external journals or conferences (optional for research-focused roles).
- Build scalable AI pipelines and workflows using modern tools and cloud platforms.
- Address ethical, legal, and privacy considerations in AI design.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying machine learning or AI models in production environments.
- Strong programming skills in Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, or similar.
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as Pandas, NumPy, SQL, Spark.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools for model deployment.
- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, optimization, and algorithm design.
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Contributions to open-source projects, published papers, or AI competitions (e.g., Kaggle).
- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with AI/ML governance, model interpretability, fairness, and responsible AI principles.
Soft Skills:
- Curious, self-driven, and innovative thinker.
- Collaborative and comfortable working in agile environments.
- Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
