KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Support implementation of People Development & Learning (PD&L) learning activation strategy for SAPMENA, ensuring it reflects global L'Oréal principles, zone priorities and local market nuances
  • In collaboration with Zone PD&L team, drive People Development initiatives across the zone to improve the employee journey with people development innovations and increase engagement and enablement - Onboarding, Connect, Strengths based development, Skills development, Mentoring, Coaching, Pulse action planning
  • Support the activation plan of 2026 programs by contributing to the TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and SBN (Seminar by Nomination) processes through a close guidance and follow-up of the countries
  • Champion and drive a culture of continuous learning and growth across SAPMENA, promoting active engagement with learning opportunities, implement creative communication and engagement strategies to increase awareness, participation and impact of learning initiatives inside L'Oréal
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across SAPMENA, with other zones and Global, fostering a collaborative learning ecosystem
  • As part of One SAPMENA PDL team, contribute to the design, organization and facilitation of learning activations at scale across the zone

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE

Activation Excellence Designing activation plans to deploy the strategy at scale on the target scope, coordinating rigorously their execution from end to end, and monitoring results to adjust the plan when needed.

Storytelling Mastering narrative techniques to convey information, foster connections and drive engagement with stakeholders.

Public Speaking Conveying messages clearly and effectively through compelling, well-structured and engaging presentations (whether in person, online or hybrid).

Content Creation Creating impactful, culturally relevant, and engaging communication assets that are adapted to audiences and touchpoints, and compliant with internal and external standards.

Communication Strategy Defining the overall communications strategy and the resulting action plan to manage the reputation of an organization/brand.

Learning content Design Creating engaging and impactful learning experiences, by combining different techniques and contents, and using the right pedagogical tools.

Facilitation Designing and delivering effective presentations, training or events, whatever the format (in-class, virtual class,

livestreaming...), that engage the audience in understanding and learning about a new or existing topic.

HR Tools and Processes Understanding and utilizing various HR processes, tools and software in line with the HR strategy, in accordance with the demands for the HR roles and in compliance with the principles, policies, and procedures of the company.
