- Assist walk-in customers in recommending products according to customers' needs and answering their queries
- Manage daily operations of retail store to meet sales target
- Assist in receiving, replenishing and monitoring the stock in the outlet
- Ensure that merchandise is displayed in an orderly manner and maintaining the outlet in a clean and neat environment
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience or customer service experience
- Able to work on retail operational hours which includes Weekend
- Possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Bilingual, highly motivated and responsible
- Added advantage for candidates with experience in Telco industry
