About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this full-time Road Cleaner position in Pulau Punggol Aggregate Terminal is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the work site and surrounding areas. As a key member of the Cleaning Services team, you will play an important role in keeping the community safe and well-presented.

What you'll be doing

• Sweeping and cleaning roads, paths, and other paved areas to remove litter, debris, and dirt
• Maintain the cleanliness of work site and public spaces
• Reporting any issues or areas of concern to the Operations Manager
• Adhering to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Responding promptly to any ad-hoc cleaning requests from the local community
• Operating small road cleaning equipment, such as pushcarts and blowers, to efficiently clear the assigned areas

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a road cleaning or similar manual labour role
• Good physical fitness and stamina to complete the required tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Effective communication skills to liaise with the local community
