Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver tailored communication interventions for students with hearing loss, aligned with their Individual Education Plans.
- Conduct speech, language and communication assessments to develop individualised therapy plans for students across MOE pre-school to post-secondary levels.
- Provide direct therapy sessions and consultative support to teachers, parents and other stakeholders to enhance student outcomes.
- Collaborate with school personnel and families to monitor progress, review goals and adjust interventions based on student needs and developments in the field.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Pathology or Therapy from a recognised university.
- Full registration with AHPC, with at least two years of clinical experience.
- Experience working with children and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A heart for serving the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing.
- A willingness to learn (or proficiency in) Singapore Sign Language (SgSL).
