- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Assist with marketing promotions and sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of F&B supervisory or managerial experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Proficient in managing staff and handling customer issues
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Singaporean or PR preferred
