• Location: Across Singapore
• 5 days per week (44hrs per week)
• Basic + Incentives + OT ; Gross salary up to $2700

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations based on their beauty and skincare needs.
• Demonstrate and promote beauty products, including skincare, cosmetics, and fragrances, to drive sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by offering excellent customer service and personalized beauty solutions.
• Maintain and replenish stock levels, ensuring products are displayed attractively in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Educate customers on the latest beauty trends and skincare routines, building lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Assist with in-store events, product launches, and promotions.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and friendly manner.

Requirements:

• Entry level is welcome to apply as training will be given
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
