Requirements
Responsible for the quality and timely completion of QP(S) supervision works.
As part of the site supervision team i.e. RTO, in compliance to (i) BCA Regulatory & Control Act & (ii) in accordance to LTA Terms of Reference & Contract requirements.

To make periodic inspections of the works performed and to be performed on site so as to ensure that the works are being executed according to the necessary, performance, quality and workmanship.

To attend variations, coordination, site meeting and maintain update site records, correspondence, site meetings and safety records, site inspection forms, test reports and as built submission and the like.

To check the correctness of all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings).

To perform other duties as and when directed by S.O. or the Employer.

The RTO's must have relevant working experience for the past 3 to 5 years in the civil construction industry.
