Responsibilities:
• Identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and delivering customized solutions that meet both client needs and regulatory standards
• Prepare, deliver proposals, tenders and service agreements
• Work closely with Operations and Technical teams to align service capabilities with client expectations
• Represent company at trade shows, industry events and client meetings
• Continuously gather market intelligence and competitor insights
• Monitor sales performance, forecast revenue and provide regular reports to Management
• Collaborate with Marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering / related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales (Toxic Waste, Environmental Services / Industrial Sectors)
• Strong understanding of Toxic and Hazardous Waste Handling, Treatment and Disposal Solutions
• Knowledge of Local and International Environmental Compliance requirements
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
• Strategic thinking and solution-oriented approach
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office and Proposal Writing
