We're looking for a passionate and forward-thinking experienced Science Educator with deep Upper Primary/PSLE expertise to help shape the future of Primary Science learning in Singapore. Job Responsibilities:

Champion Academic Success

• Deliver high-impact Science lessons to upper primary students (P4-P6), with a focus on advanced strategies for PSLE preparation.
• Develop and refine lesson materials, including PSLE-style questions, model answers, and marking rubrics.
• Conduct workshops for students and parents on PSLE trends, common pitfalls, and MOE syllabus updates.

Lead Curriculum & Assessment Excellence

• Oversee the design of proprietary Science curriculum and assessment tools aligned with MOE requirements, such as exam-focused worksheets and mock papers.
• Collaborate with international R&D teams to incorporate educational technology, including AI-powered analytics and adaptive learning platforms.
• Train and mentor junior teachers in PSLE answering techniques, marking consistency, and effective instructional practices.

Strengthen Educational Thought Leadership

• Represent the organisation as a subject-matter expert at public seminars, education fairs, and professional panels.
• Contribute to the field of Science education through articles, webinars, and insights on PSLE performance and curriculum trends.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience teaching Upper Primary Science in Singapore, with a strong background in PSLE question setting and marking-ideally as a former MOE teacher, PSLE marker, or curriculum specialist.
• Deep expertise in the MOE Science syllabus, PSLE assessment frameworks, and inquiry-based learning approaches, including effective strategies for tackling open-ended questions.
• Proven success in coaching students towards PSLE excellence and/or leading PSLE-focused programmes at the school or enrichment centre level.
• Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to combine academic rigour with business growth-such as building parent trust, retaining students, and driving enrolment.
