Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Finance Manager with expertise in accounting, data analytics, transformation projects, and inventory management systems. In this client-facing role, you will support our consulting engagements, providing strategic financial insights, Executing and managing transformation initiatives, and optimizing business processes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Regulatory Compliance:

• Assist clients in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring tax and audit readiness.
• Develop financial control frameworks and compliance mechanisms tailored to client needs.
• Guide clients through digital accounting tools and process automation.

Inventory Management & Operational Finance:

• Provide advisory on inventory management systems, setting up, ensuring optimization and control and also ensure that the process runs smoothly at the client end.
• Support clients in improving inventory cost structures, pricing models, and supply chain finance.
• Recommend best practices for cash flow management and cost efficiencies.

Client Advisory & Financial Consulting:

• Partner with clients to provide strategic financial guidance and performance improvement strategies.
• Conduct financial diagnostics and deliver actionable insights using data analytics tools.
• Support clients in implementing finance transformation projects, enhancing efficiency and automation.
• Guide clients on accounting best practices, compliance, and financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence:

• Excellent advanced MS Excel skills
• Develop financial forecasting models, dashboards, and performance KPIs for client businesses.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Leverage technology, including ERP and data visualization tools (SAP, Power BI, Tableau), to enhance reporting accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Professional certification (Singapore CA, CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, client advisory, and business transformation consulting.
• Proficiency in Accounting systems (QBO) and ERP systems and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Strong ability to engage clients, manage expectations, and drive financial strategies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
