Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain Data & Key Daily Entries in Excel
  • Answer Day to Day Queries Regarding to Operations
  • Updating Data In Portnet
  • Coordinate with customers on Location Enquires
  • Generate job instructions to relevant operations team accordingly to customer's request correctly and on timely
  • Build and maintain good relationship with customers

Job Requirements
  • Have passion in customer service, friendly and possess good attitude with previous service experience in logistics will be an advantage
  • Min O Levels or similar ( Mainly adequate in written english )
  • Good phone etiquette, problem solving, good communication and organization skills
  • Able to work independently and resolve issues arising from late deliveries & customer complaints
  • Customer service oriented, team player with initiative and willing to take on responsibilities
