We are seeking a proactive and experienced Training Manager to lead our Learning & Development initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for designing structured learning roadmaps, sourcing and managing training programs, facilitating internal and external workshops, and championing continuous learning for all employees. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent development and able to translate business needs into impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Roadmap Design:
- Develop and implement competency-based learning roadmaps for various job functions and career paths.
- Align learning objectives with business goals and employee development needs.
- Training Procurement & Delivery:
- Identify, evaluate, and liaise with training vendors and partners.
- Manage the procurement process and ensure cost-effective training solutions.
- Facilitate in-house workshops, lunch-and-learn sessions, and learning campaigns.
- Learning Opportunities & Engagement:
- Forecast Training Needs.
- Proactively initiate learning opportunities for all staff, including microlearning, coaching sessions, and peer learning.
- Work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend suitable learning interventions.
- Learning Content & Media Proposals:
- Recommend relevant and engaging learning videos, e-learning content, and digital tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create or curate multimedia learning content.
- Evaluation & Reporting:
- Learning Outcome/ROI of Trainings/Effectiveness of Training.
- Maintain training records, provide reports on L&D metrics, and continuously improve learning strategies based on feedback and outcomes.
- Dashboard - Overview analysis at Organisational Level/Budget/Self-Service Functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field.
- Preferably minimum of 5 years' experience in Learning & Development or Training Management.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and talent development trends.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with digital learning platforms and content curation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Singapore Skills Framework and government training grants (e.g., SkillsFuture) is advantageous.
