Job Scope:

• Conduct regular site visits to oversee fit-out progress and ensure quality workmanship
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers for timely material delivery and installation
• Monitor on-site installation of materials (e.g. marble tiles, wood panels, etc.) to meet design specs
• Resolve site issues related to fit-out works, materials, or scheduling
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, project timelines, and client requirements
• Prepare progress reports, site photos, and update stakeholders regularly
• Verify quantities, measurements, and layout before material installation
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure smooth site operations

Requirement

✔️ Possess Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec and relevant field

✔️1-2 years relevant experiences will be advantage
