• Basic up to $5500 + Commission (Gross can up to $10,000)

• SME Loan Account Manager

Key Responsibility :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, understanding their business goals and financing needs.
• Serve as the main contact for SME clients, responding to inquiries and handling issues promptly.
• Gain a solid understanding of clients' industries to offer customized financial solutions.
• Identify new lending opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
• Conduct credit assessments to evaluate the financial health and repayment ability of loan applicants.
• Structure and negotiate loan terms based on company policies and risk guidelines.
• Manage a portfolio of SME loans, monitoring repayments and ensuring compliance with loan terms.
• Spot early signs of credit risk and take action to resolve issues.
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., credit, legal) to ensure smooth loan processing and accurate documentation.
• Provide financial advice to clients on managing cash flow, growing their business, and using capital effectively.
• Help clients with loan applications and guide them through the approval and disbursement process.

Job Requirements :

• At least 4 years of experience in commercial banking, SME lending, or client relationship management, with a focus on business development and credit assessment.
• Proven success in sourcing and managing SME loan portfolios, meeting lending targets, and minimizing credit risks.
• Good understanding of credit underwriting, loan structuring, and risk management in SME lending.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Able to explain complex financial information clearly, both in writing and speaking.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build connections with SME clients, business networks, and referral partners.
