Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Business Operations - Support daily business activities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
• Project Planning & Coordination - Help develop project plans, track progress, and coordinate with different teams
• Market & Industry Research - Conduct research to analyze trends and provide insights for business decision-making
• Data Management & Reporting - Maintain records and prepare reports to support management decisions
• Stakeholder Engagement - Work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication
• Resource Allocation Support - Assist in optimizing manpower and tools for business projects
• Risk & Problem-Solving Assistance - Identify potential challenges and help develop solutions
• Technology & Tools Utilization - Learn and use digital business tools to enhance operational efficiency
• Cross-Team Collaboration - Work with various departments, including finance, operations, and HR
• Professional Growth & Learning - Participate in training programs and mentorship to develop your career skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
