CLIENT OVERVIEW

Our client, a Fortune 500 and S&P 500-listed global MNC, delivers mission-critical infrastructure services that power AI and cloud computing at scale. As part of their continued growth and investment in digital transformation, they are looking for a seasoned Infrastructure Transformation Project Manager to lead high-impact infrastructure transformation initiatives, including large-scale data centre modernization and network/cloud migrations.

This role is ideal for a technically proficient project leader with a strong track record in managing end-to-end infrastructure projects across data centres, cloud environments, and enterprise networks. You'll work in a dynamic environment that values innovation, collaboration, and execution excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the successful delivery of data centre upgrades, cloud integrations, and network transformations from planning through execution.
• Define scope, manage budgets and timelines, and deliver against milestones using industry best practices.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to align goals, manage expectations, and ensure project readiness.
• Proactively identify and resolve cross-functional risks and dependencies to keep initiatives on track.
• Promote continuous improvement in delivery methods and support broader infrastructure transformation efforts.
• Provide clear, actionable updates on progress, KPIs, and risks to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to the M&P function's long-term roadmap and position yourself as a future leader in project delivery.

REQUUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Active Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• 10+ years of proven experience delivering complex infrastructure and data centre transformation projects across enterprise environments.
• Deep technical understanding of data centres, networking, hybrid cloud infrastructure, and systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in large, matrixed, and multicultural organizations.
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin (required for stakeholder coordination across regional teams).

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience in organizational change, transition management, or IT operating model transformation.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry or enterprise-level IT environment.
