We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales leads, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear targets and providing ongoing training and support
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in the solar industry
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong customer focus and solution-oriented mindset
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
Technical & Industry Skills
- Understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, optimizers, and storage solutions
- Familiarity with solar installation processes, on-grid/off-grid systems
- Knowledge of government incentives, green financing, and local solar regulations
- Ability to interpret basic site assessments, electricity bills, and system sizing proposals
Sales & Business Development Skills:
- Lead generation
- Proposal development & contract negotiation
- B2C / B2B sales experience (residential & commercial)
- Strong closing techniques and deal follow-up
- Market research and competitor analysis
Leadership & People Skills:
- Team management and sales coaching
- Strategic planning and execution
- Cross-functional collaboration (with ops and finance)

Working Hours:
- This position requires flexible and irregular working hours, depending on client appointments and site visit schedules. Candidates must be willing to work on weekends or evenings when necessary.
