Requirements:
Personal Qualities:
- Manage divisional sales in Singapore local market to achieve sales targets set by management
- Plan sales strategy for calculator & label printer to ensure that company sales goals and profitability are attained within given timeframe.
- Management of distribution channels in Singapore.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections from respective accounts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis, prepare reports on business landscape and supply movements.
- Provide weekly updates to HOD regarding sales and performance of accounts.
- Lead the sales staff and merchandisers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Work closely with education /digital marketing team to grow the demand for scientific calculators.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing or at least 6-10 years relevant industrial experience.
- Experience in leading a team of 3-5 members in a managerial capacity for at least 2-5 years,
- Familiar with B to C/B to B Sales Management in Singapore.
- Good knowledge of the stationery sale channels.
- Able to understand market dynamics and distributors' requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications : Excel, Word and Power Point
