Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations of retail & e-commerce
- Packing and sorting of online orders
- Restocking and reporting of stocks
- Liaising and building rapport with customers and handle their enquiry independently
- Assist in running company's social media platforms
- Handling admin work & other adhoc duties
