Job Description:
As a Regional Sales Manager - Asia-Oceania, you will be responsible for leading commercial operations across the region. This includes managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of the full sales cycle-from quotation to delivery and after-sales service.
You will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with internal teams (quality, accounting, logistics, and technical) to deliver high-quality service and sustainable sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow customer relationships across Asia-Oceania.
- Conduct client visits, attend trade shows, and lead prospecting activities.
- Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, and pricing updates.
- Track sales performance and report progress in quarterly reviews.
- Conduct contract negotiations and ensure adherence to commercial terms.
- Monitor customer creditworthiness and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Translate and support commercial/technical documentation (with assistance).
- Collect customer feedback to support product and quality improvements.
- Conduct competitive and market intelligence to support strategy.
- Propose and implement updates to sales-related procedures, including contributions to the company's quality system (e.g., AQ10 procedure).
- Maintain up-to-date performance metrics and sales indicators for internal reporting and quarterly business reviews.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in Sales required.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of sales cycles in the Asia-Oceania region.
- Professional and technical English required to liaise with international clients.
- Solid technical knowledge in electrical systems, electronics, and automation.
- Willing to travel frequently across the region.
