• Assist Logistics Manager in his daily duties.

• To assist FCL & LCL Shipments

• Attend to customers' inquiries, responding to them in a timely and accurate manner.

• Ensure proper coordination of all shipments.

• Monitor & Process shipments through Trip TMS & PSA Portnet Follow up closely with customers on any problems.

• Ensure all Import / Export shipments are monitored closely without incurring any extra costs KD/PSA store rent

• To handle logistics documentation - import & Export. Printing emails and replying to them.

• Check accuracy and completeness of documents

• To communicate efficiently with customers and transport team to ensure smooth pickup/ delivery of the shipments.

• To monitor drivers to meet customer's requirements. Orders and documentation is accurate and precise.

• To assist in billing customers for jobs completed

• Review data and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
