A well-established engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking a WSH Officer with proven LTA project experience to support ongoing civil construction works.

This is a site-based role at Tengah, suited for candidates who are proactive, hands-on, and familiar with LTA safety expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and support the Project Manager on all workplace safety, health, and environmental (WSHE) matters
• Implement and maintain EHS plans in full compliance with LTA, MOM, and ISO standards
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits
• Lead toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and safety campaigns
• Manage incident investigations and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure documentation and reporting of all safety-related activities is up to date
• Foster a safety-first culture across all project teams and subcontractors

Requirements:

• MOM-Registered WSH Officer
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building/civil construction, with mandatory LTA project exposure
• Willing to be stationed full-time at Tengah site
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and WSH legislation
• Good coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills
• Must be able to start immediately
