Your Role:

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth daily operations of our art studios, assisting lead educators, and eventually guiding classes independently. More than that, we're looking for an attuned host - someone who notices the small things, carries warm presence, and brings flow into our day-to-day.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in studio prep, cleanup, and material logistics across locations
• Co-teach and support art classes for children (ages 3-12), with the potential to lead
• Host families and create a welcoming, warm environment at the studio
• Set up and help coordinate new spaces (e.g. Vivita Eunos opening)
• Observe and support children's needs with gentle, respectful communication
• Provide occasional admin support (attendance, class photos, light comms)

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience with children (teaching, caregiving, or enrichment)
• Is organized, observant, and gentle in communication
• Feels calm and grounded even when things get busy
• Brings joy and enthusiasm to routine tasks
• Is open to learning art processes (no fine art degree required)
• Has flexibility to move across sites and work on weekends

Bonus If You:

• Have a background in art, early childhood, psychology, or design
• Are interested in eventually growing into a senior educator or community host
• Are confident with setup and studio aesthetics (eye for detail)
