Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Beverage Sales & Supply Chain Assistant to support our operations by coordinating with supermarkets, suppliers, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communicate daily with supermarkets and suppliers to track orders and stock levels.
2. Monitor and analyze inventory data to assist with restocking and logistics.
3. Prepare product reports, sales data summaries, and other documentation.
4. Assist with general office administrative tasks (e.g., filing, customer follow-ups).
5. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience as a sales assistant, logistics coordinator, or admin clerk is a plus.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for basic data analysis.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Experience in the beverage/FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) industry is preferred but not mandatory.
