Location: Tuas (Near MRT)

To lead technical and quality-related support for heavy-duty truck operations across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring consistent aftersales excellence, dealer capability development, and alignment with global engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead technical advisor for importers and dealership networks across APAC
• Coordinate issue escalation and resolution with global engineering and warranty teams
• Oversee diagnostic procedures, retrofit support, and technical documentation for local adaptation
• Deliver targeted training programs to enhance dealership service capabilities
• Monitor field performance and initiate improvement actions for recurring product issues
• Conduct detailed investigations for fire, accident, and critical safety incidents
• Liaise with internal safety units, third-party assessors, and regulatory bodies for root cause analysis
• Host periodic product quality seminars and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Facilitate structured communication between APAC importers and global HQ technical teams
• Guide service readiness during new product launches or regional adaptation
• Support APAC dealers with compliance documentation, service bulletins, and workshop standards

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in heavy-duty automotive aftersales, preferably across APAC dealership networks.
• A strong foundation in mechanical and electrical systems, diagnostics, and warranty procedures is essential.
• Soft skills such as crisis management, training delivery, and structured reporting are highly valued.
