Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Bloom! In this role, you will work collaboratively with our team of psychologists to provide high-quality assessment and therapy services for our clients - primarily children and adolescents aged 3 to 18 years.

Requirements
• Recognised Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
• Registered with the Singapore Psychological Society (SRP) or other recognised professional body
• Experience conducting assessments, with strong clinical formulation and report writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, teens and families
• Competence in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Proficiency in spoken Chinese is an advantage (to serve Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Working hours are typically Mondays to Fridays, 10am to 7pm. Saturday availability preferred (with weekday off in lieu).

Key responsibilities:
Assessment
- Conduct psychological assessments for ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and other mental health conditions
- Case conceptualisation, diagnosis and making evidence-based recommendations
- Provide accessible feedback to parents
- Report writing
Intervention
- Conducting individual and group interventions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, e.g. CBT, DBT, ACT
- Resource and programme development
- Maintain case notes and other documentation
- Monitor and evaluate intervention outcomes
- Engage parents as part of therapeutic process, e.g. feedback, advice
Capacity Building
- Conduct talks and workshops for parents and teachers
- Supervision of junior psychologists/interns
- Team meetings / peer supervision
Other Duties
- Service monitoring and improvement
- Conceptualising new projects or involvement in existing projects
