Job Summary:

• Basic Salary range $2000 - $2500

• ($5000 sign on bonus)

• Working days: 6 days (Duty roster)

• Working hours: Rotating Shifts

• Working Location: Changi Airport

Job Responsibilities:

• Menu Knowledge: Know our food & drinks well, especially the Singapore Hawker Fair. Share allergen and dietary info accurately.

• Service Prep: Polish glassware & cutlery, set up stations and tables to high standards.

• Guest Service: Welcome guests, take orders, serve dishes, clear tables, and assist with food running when needed.

• Operations: Use POS systems, support inventory checks, and maintain daily reports.

• Guest Support: Handle special requests, assist with service recovery, and follow safety, hygiene, and data protection protocols.

Job Requirements:

• GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' Level or Diploma in any discipline

• Able to commit to a 6 day work week on rotating shifts (24/7), including weekends and Public Holidays.

• 1-3 years relevant working experience.

• Neat and well-groomed appearance with a professional demeanour.

• Team-oriented with a strong service mindset

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality will be an advantage
