Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in technical project or delivery management roles.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
