- Support Tender Manager to develop comprehensive BMS estimation which includes preparation of tender submission and marketing materials during tender and follow up stage.
- Understand technical drawings and specification requirements.
- Establish good relationship with vendors and negotiate with them.
- All other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Engineering Discipline
- Preferably some technical knowledge of BMS System, Mechanical/ACMV related System
- Good communication skills and able to speak English well
- Well versed with Microsoft Office including Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Canvas
- Team player
- Able to prioritizes, organized and multitasking
- Training will be provided.
