Key Responsibilities
Requirements

- Lead and manage carpenters, subcontractors, and other site workers.
- Monitor site progress, ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

- Liaise with clients, project managers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare site reports, document work progress, and update management regularly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a site supervisor, preferably in carpentry or interior fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of carpentry works, woodworking tools, and safety procedures.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Able to work under tight schedules and willing to travel to various sites.
