• Assist Head Baker with the daily production and preparation of fresh bakes.
• Conceptualise and introduce new/seasonal bakes
• Assist with basic stocktake of ingredients
• Ensure work areas, machinery, and equipment are clean, organized and adhere to applicable safety rules and housekeeping requirements
• Assist with any ad hoc duties assigned
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with good teamwork, willing to learn with passion in baking
• No prior experience needed
• Must possess Basic Food Hygience Cert
• Able to work 5 days/week, Monday-Friday
• Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
