Project Coordination

Location: Woodlands
Working Days: Mon to Fri: 8am to 5:30pm, One Sat per month: 8am to 12pm
Salary : $2500 - $3100

Job Description

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and logistics, to align project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Ensure timely execution of time-sensitive manufacturing orders.
• Client Support: Assist client-facing teams by providing clear project updates. Maintain a high standard of communication to ensure client satisfaction.
• Inventory & Data Analysis: Use data analytics to optimize inventory levels and forecast project timelines. Coordinate among customers' orders as required.
• Documentation: Ensure accuracy and consistency in project documentation, production plans, and status reports.
• Training & Onboarding Support: Begin with hands-on training in indoor sales coordination for 6 to 12 months to build a strong foundation in customer and production requirements.

Requirements

• 'O' levels equivalent and higher
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
