PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project plans for biogenic/biomass cogeneration plants, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with technology suppliers, architect, professional engineer, customers, and relevant authorities to ensure alignment and successful implementation of biogenic/biomass cogeneration projects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation specific to biogenic/biomass cogeneration projects, such as project charters, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, technology suppliers, customers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure the successful implementation of biogenic/biomass cogeneration projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or bottlenecks related to biogenic/biomass cogeneration plant operations, technology integration, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on biogenic/biomass cogeneration project milestones and ensuring effective communication across all project team members, technology suppliers, customers, and relevant authorities.
• Manage project budgets specific to biogenic/biomass cogeneration projects, track expenses related to plant operations, technology procurement, and customer requirements, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated financial resources.
• Mitigate project risks related to biogenic/biomass cogeneration plant operations, technology integration, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance by identifying potential issues and implementing risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with technology suppliers, customers, and relevant authorities to address project-related challenges, ensure compliance with regulations, and achieve successful project completion.
• Evaluate biogenic/biomass cogeneration project outcomes, conduct post-project reviews, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in plant operations, technology integration, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and professional development in the context of biogenic/biomass cogeneration projects.
Qualifications:
• Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Project Management) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects, with specific experience in biogenic/biomass cogeneration plants.
• In-depth knowledge of biogenic/biomass cogeneration plant operations, technologies, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Experience collaborating with technology suppliers, customers, and relevant authorities in the context of project execution and completion.
• Strong understanding and application of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a focus on biogenic/biomass cogeneration projects.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in the context of biogenic/biomass cogeneration plant projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including technical experts, regulatory authorities, technology suppliers, and customers.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire project teams in the context of biogenic/biomass cogeneration projects.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• PMP certification or other relevant certifications are a plus.
