About the Role:
Join our growing financial services team as an SME Loan Acquisition Manager. You will spearhead our efforts to expand market reach through broker partnerships and strategic referrals.

Responsibilities:

• Source quality SME loan referrals via brokers, business agents, and referral channels.
• Engage partners proactively to build trust and long-term collaboration.
• Evaluate referred SME clients for financial viability and structure tailored loan proposals.
• Liaise with Credit team for formal loan assessments and approvals.
• Negotiate and finalize loan terms within compliance guidelines.
• Oversee a portfolio of SME loans and ensure repayment discipline.
• Work with Collections team to manage delinquencies and recovery.
• Monitor credit trends and risks to avoid defaults.
• Support clients in preparing documentation and navigating the loan process.
• Provide guidance on financial planning and working capital optimization.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years in SME banking, B2B finance, or commercial lending.
• A strong referral network and a track record of successful loan origination.
• Solid grasp of SME credit and business analysis.
