Job scope:

- To develop, implement and review individual care plans after each assessment.

- Perform basic health screening and monitor the health status of clients and make referrals as necessary.

- Perform nursing care and procedures as per clients’ needs which includes:

• Wound care and management
• Change of and care of feeding tube, urinary catheter and other procedures
• Monitoring of blood pressure and blood glucose levels
• Medication management – packing and compliance monitoring
• Stoma care and management

- Updating and discussing with appropriate health/ allied health professionals on client's needs and progress.

Job req:

- Min Diploma in Nursing

- On job training is provided

Working hours: 5 days /week, office hours
