As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Preparing, receiving and processing of the specimens.
• Analyze and interpret test results with accuracy and in compliance with laboratory policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation, quality control logs and transcribe molecular test results in the laboratory information system.
• Perform laboratory quality assurance duties and participate in monthly laboratory inspections and CAP audits.
• Operate, calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments according to laboratory protocols.
• Assist in stock taking and maintenance of proper recording and filing of QA sheets.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Science, Molecular Genetics or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years of experience with clinical laboratory setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
