Department: Eye Surgery Centre
Contract Duration: July 2025 to January 2026
Salary: $10/hour
Working Hours: 5 days, office hours (Mon–Fri)

Critical Requirements : 

• Fully vaccinated (COVID-19 and other required vaccinations)

• Able to commit fully from Jul 2025 to Jan 2026 – No long leave or travel plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure clinic is operationally ready and meets service standards

• Handle patient registration, discharge, appointment booking, cashiering, and insurance-related queries

• Provide chaperone support to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents

• Attend to phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries

• Support clinic manager with administrative tasks

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
