Location: Novena
Employment Type: Contract (3 Months, renewable up to 1 Year)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage addition & alteration works, as well as facilities-related projects across hospital and medical centres

• Track preventive maintenance schedules and manage service contracts

• Support car park operations and resolve operational issues

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of projects

• Ensure all physical plants and equipment are serviced and maintained with minimal disruption to hospital operations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support department goals and resolve facility-related concerns

• Assist supervisors with additional duties as required
