Position: Patient Service Officer (Contract-to-Perm)

Available Positions:

1. Cancer Centre (VERY URGENT)

   • Location: Novena

   • Patient Service Officer 

   • Work Schedule: 5.5 workdays (Office hours)

   • Salary: S$2,300 to S$2,800 per month

2. Traditional Medicine (TCM) 

   • Location: Paragon

   • Patient Service Officer

   • Work Schedule: 5-day work week (including weekends); 44 hours per week, rostered (Mon-Sun)

   • Salary: S$2,300 to S$2,800 per month

3. Traditional Medicine (TCM) United Square – Novena 

   • Location: United Square, Novena

   • Patient Service Officer

   • Work Schedule: 5-day work week, including Saturdays (Sunday off); 44 hours per week, rostered

   • Salary: S$2,300 to S$2,800 per month

4. Specialists Paragon (SPG) 

   • Location: Paragon

   • Patient Service Officer 

   • Work Schedule: 5.5 days work week (office hours); must be comfortable working half-day on Saturdays.

   • Salary: S$2,300 to S$2,800 per month

5. Fertility Centre (TFC)

   • Location: Paragon

   • Patient Service Officer 

   • Requirements: Must have clinic experience.

   • Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week (office hours); must be comfortable working half-day on Saturdays.

   • Salary: S$2,300 to S$2,800 per month

Job Scope for Patient Service Officers:

• Provide receptionist duties at the front counter and ensure smooth patient flow.

• Ensure the accuracy of clinical data entry into the computer system.

• Provide basic patient care and assist with patient queries.

• Maintain the filing system, coordinate appointments, and handle other administrative duties.

• Liaise with insurance companies and assist with payment arrangements.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Clinic Manager or Doctor.
